Answers before you ask
What do you actually do?
Agentic AI systems, model fine-tuning and AI product experience — plus the platform engineering underneath: APIs, automation, data pipelines and deployment. If a problem does not sit in one of those, we will say so rather than stretch to fit it.
How long does a project take?
A feasibility spike runs one to two weeks and tells you whether the idea holds. Automation work is typically two to four weeks. A full AI platform is two to six months. We commit to a timeline after the spike, not before — an estimate given earlier than that is a guess.
Do you work with clients outside India?
Yes. We work remotely across time zones and have shipped for clients internationally. Our own products run in production for users in several countries.
Which industries do you know well?
Publishing and pharmaceuticals most deeply — both regulated, both unforgiving of confident errors. Beyond those, our own platforms span agriculture, procurement, finance and consumer mobile.
What happens after launch?
We deploy it, monitor it, document it and hand it over so your team can run it. Ongoing support and maintenance are available, but the goal is that you do not need us to keep the lights on.
Will you tell me if AI is the wrong answer?
Yes, and we do regularly. A rules engine, a better form or a fixed data pipeline often beats a model on cost, latency and reliability. Saying so early is worth more to you than a longer engagement is to us.
